In September 2009, Paper for All conducted a proactive reflection and strategic review session to see how it can continue and increase its impact in the future:
- Paper for All met the Education Minister of Burkina Faso, Mrs. Bonkoungou, who expressed her full support for the actions, and confirmed their alignment with the Ministry's priorities and plans. Paper for All would be pleased to have Mrs. Bonkoungou and the Mayor of Ouagadougou at the next distribution in October 2009. Paper for All further hopes that the organization will be granted additional support to start its new potential projects, help the government in its priorities and Burkina Faso in its development.

- Paper for All conducted a review session and visited all the schools it supports for feedback. Overall the schools were very happy with the support and wish the organization to be able to grow to tackle other areas such as electrical wiring, chairs and desks, buildings when they crumble, etc. They were also very happy with the distribution of mosquito nets, storm lamps and payment of the academic fees for some of the poorest kids and wished us all the best and a lot of success in our outreach efforts to continue this second programme.
- To further its impact, Paper for All also visited several embassies to gather advice on its actions: French, US, UK, Danish, etc. Funds given by international organizations are typically managed by the government in Burkina Faso, and provided the actions are aligned with the government's, Paper for All could be eligible for government support.
- Finally, team meetings were organized to gather ideas and talk about the on-going development. Based on the development, school and team visits, the several projects that would be highly beneficial in Burkina Faso for Paper for All would be:
1) The building of a training center, to conduct professional training for students who drop out, most often because they cannot afford the academic fees. These could include mechanical, electrical, English and French languages as well as entrepreneurship trainings. They aim at improving the level of education of the people who get out of the ecucational system and help Burkina Faso in its development by providing better trained individuals. This project is according to the Education Minister fully aligned with the Government priorities. This project would cost FCFA 8 Million ($18,000) if the organization needs to buy land to build the training center, and FCFA 2M ($4,500) if Paper for All is granted land by the mayor of Ouagadougou and government of Burkina Faso.
2) An increase in scope to 10 schools, which would increase the annual budget to FCFA 13.5 Million per year ($30,000).
3) The hiring of full time fundraisers to expand the budget and capabilities for FCFA 25 Million ($56,000, including company employee tax).
